I have been motivated to seek this office by the momentum of recent student actions in response to Quebec tuition increases.  It has become apparent that the most fruitful approach to contest conditions unfavourable to students is through direct confrontation with those in power. In the faculty of Fine Arts, sometimes unfairly judged for apathy, strong leadership counts. Facilitating dialogue and communication links are requisite demands of a student leader; as your Fine Arts director on the GSA council, I will ensure them.
