GSA General Assembly: April 7, 2017

The next General Assembly of the Graduate Students Association has been called. The GA will be held on Friday, April 07, 2017 from 3:00 to 6:30 PM. The registration starts from 3:00 PM and the meeting will commence from 3:30 PM. Come to room H-415 (Hall Building) to voice your thoughts!

There will be a by-election for the three vacant positions of ENCS Directors. Come cast your valuable vote at the GA.

The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of the GSA.  The GA‘s decisions form the basis of the campaigns, services, and support the GSA offers to graduate student members. It is your right to attend the GA and contribute to these decisions.

There are three vacancies on the GSA Council of Directors for ENCS (Engineering and Computer Science) representatives. Submit your nomination form to be a candidate for one of the positions, which will be elected at the General Assembly on April 7, 2017.

The nominations forms are to be submitted to the Chief Returning Officer as hard copy format and they must be signed by a minimum of 10 (ten) GSA members in good standing.

The deadline for the nomination submission will be announced on Tuesday, March 28, 2017

Nomination requirements as outlined in General By-Laws: 
* Nominations for each Director candidature shall be signed by a minimum of 10 (ten) GSA members in good standing.
* All other candidates for Council shall be elected by GSA members from their respective faculty.
