GSA Office Manager position

Responsibilities:

1. This position is responsible for performing top-level administrative duties for the GSA office.
2. Research, price and purchase office furniture, equipment and supplies.
3. Schedule and oversee Administrative Assistants in terms of days and timing.
4. Supervise the workflow between Administrative Assistants.
5. Prepare timesheets for all the Executives, Administrative Assistants, Managers and external time sheet workers.
6. Provide to/coordinate general training of newly hired staff at all levels
7. Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
8. Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing and filing.
9. Coordinate and maintain records for GSA council members, office space, telephones, and office keys.
10. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, personnel, and housekeeping.
11. Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet or other presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint or other programs.
12. May conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to the Executive, Managers, and Board of Directors
13. Interact with the organization’s Board of Directors.
14. Collect and maintain the inventory of office equipment and supplies.
