GSA Office Manager position
||This position is responsible for performing top-level administrative duties for the GSA office.
||Research, price and purchase office furniture, equipment and supplies.
||Schedule and oversee Administrative Assistants in terms of days and timing.
||Supervise the workflow between Administrative Assistants.
||Prepare timesheets for all the Executives, Administrative Assistants, Managers and external time sheet workers.
||Provide to/coordinate general training of newly hired staff at all levels
||Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
||Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing and filing.
||Coordinate and maintain records for GSA council members, office space, telephones, and office keys.
||Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, personnel, and housekeeping.
||Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet or other presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint or other programs.
||May conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to the Executive, Managers, and Board of Directors
||Interact with the organization’s Board of Directors.
||Collect and maintain the inventory of office equipment and supplies.
