The Advocacy Centre aims to support any graduate student at Concordia in handling accusations of academic misconduct, issues with supervisors and/or departments, or any other issue within the university’s bureaucratic process.
The Concordia Graduate Students’ Association (GSA) is pleased to offer graduate students a number of funding opportunities including The Student Initiative Fund, The GSA Extracurricular Engagement Program, Special Project Funding, Academic Project Funding, and Departmental Allocation.
Health & Dental Plan
To help Concordia University graduate students pay for the health services they need, the GSA has partnered with StudentCare in order to provide students with extended health and dental coverage. The Plan is designed specifically to fill the gaps in provincial health care (Quebec Medicare) and other basic health-care programs.
GSA House not only houses the Advocacy Centre and the offices of GSA Staff and Executives, but also provides a space for graduate students to study, eat or socialize! There are also a number of in-house services that can be accessed at the GSA House such as room booking, more affordable printing services, and more.
