Every month the GSA holds a council meeting to discuss current projects, get updates from the executive team regarding their duties, and to share thoughts on issues currently faced by our graduate student community.
The agenda for a meeting is to be released no less than five days before the occurence of the meeting.
Dates for a semester's Council Meetings must be set no more than 10 days after the beginning of said semester as per the GSA's By-Laws

The minutes from council meetings are to be released to the GSA community no more than ten days after the occurence of the meeting. It should be noted that the minutes released immediately after the meeting are considered drafts as minutes are voted on for approval at the following meeting.
