Annual General Assembly 2026

The GSA will be hosting our Annual General Assembly (AGA) on Wednesday, May 27th from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This meeting will be hosted in a hybrid format via Zoom and in-person in the Hall 507 room (OOTC Classroom).

A registration form and Zoom link will be shared later this week.

The purpose of this AGA is to:

  • Ratify the auditor for the Association’s finances,
  • Hold by-elections for the currently empty director positions,
  • Discuss the ongoing work of the By-Laws Revision Subcommittee and present the proposed by-law revisions for reference only, with no decisions to be taken at this stage. Any further discussion, revisions, or approvals will be addressed under the next mandate.

Gina Cody— 2 Director Positions

Fine Arts— 1 Director Position

INDI (SGS)— 1 Director, 1 Vice Director

Please note that the members of the Council are remunerated $75 per council meeting.
