The GSA will be hosting our Annual General Assembly (AGA) on Wednesday, May 27th from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This meeting will be hosted in a hybrid format via Zoom and in-person in the Hall 507 room (OOTC Classroom).
A registration form and Zoom link will be shared later this week.
The purpose of this AGA is to:
- Ratify the auditor for the Association’s finances,
- Hold by-elections for the currently empty director positions,
- Discuss the ongoing work of the By-Laws Revision Subcommittee and present the proposed by-law revisions for reference only, with no decisions to be taken at this stage. Any further discussion, revisions, or approvals will be addressed under the next mandate.

Please note that the members of the Council are remunerated $75 per council meeting.
